How do students fill in the form?

  1. First, determine whether you have followed and successfully registered on the "Xi'an Jiaotong University" WeChat enterprise account. If you have not bound your WeChat enterprise account, please scan the QR code below to register. image.png

  2. After the binding is successful, enter the "Xi'an Jiaotong University" WeChat enterprise account entryandexit_1.jpg

  3. Find "C.师生综合服务大厅" in the list entryandexit_2.jpg

  4. click to enter 服务中心 and fill in the personal travel itinerary track information, and submit.

    • 学生进出校门登记流程 = entering and leaving the school
    • 学生外出详细行程轨迹登记 = leaving only

  5. checking status: you can click 发出的事项 and check whether anyone approve your request
